Can I get a quote before I send my items?
It is very difficult to judge your items from a photograph, so we are unable to estimate the value prior to seeing them.
How will I receive my offer?

Should I clean my items?
Please do not clean anything as this can often devalue an item!
I only have bronze and copper coins should I send them?
It is not worth just sending those, check our items wanted pages and see if you have anything else you can add.
My silver is dented and split, do you still want it?
Absolutely, we are often able to repair silverware.

What happens to any boxes that are sent but have no value?
On the odd occasion where we are unable to use or find value in your box of items, we can return it to you or pass it on to our charity partner The Isabelle Hospice. All free of charge!

Please just pick up the phone and one of our team will be happy to assist you.
Do you clear whole houses?
We are a decluttering service rather than a house clearance company, but decluttering first will reduce the cost of clearing and bring you in some cash to help towards the cost.
